I use my three plus decades of diverse restaurant experience and strive to deliver the absolute professional experience available anywhere. I strive to be affordable because I have been a restaurateur and I am not here to steal your profits but improve them.
If you are a smaller restaurant, 10-20 hours of my service and research can make a difference in your restaurant. I could do a couple of key zoom meetings with your key employees and I could provide an overview of processes to improve your bottom line.
If you would like to expand your budget over a period of time ranging from 3-6 months, we can do a more robust and through campaign. With a commitment of 100-200 hours, I can transform your business. I can train your management and key staff through one on one coaching zoom calls. We will also analyze many fields of your business and work with you to implement real transformative changes. This will bring more money to your bottom line, improve employee relations and make your operation more effective on so many levels from cost control to marketing.
